Shipping policy

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

We endeavour to deliver your order to you as fast as possible and so we use a variety of express delivery partners. Shipping within the Republic of Ireland is €9.95 and will be delivered by our courier partner Xpect or by An Post Registered Post (delivery partner will depend on your area). 

Usually these shipments should be with you within 2-3 business days max. From the time they are shipped/handed over to the shipping company. This “2-3 business days” timeframe is an approximate timeframe given to us by our delivery partners and can fluctuate.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed, then it will be handed over to the shipping company within 1-2 business days from receiving this email - then the 2-3 business day shipping window will start.

In the busier periods, unfortunately there can be backlogs, with processing, packaging or delivery - like all postal services at these specific times of year i.e. the Christmas/Black Friday period. Unfortunately these delays/backlogs do happen and are completely out of our hands.

The fee charged for postage covers postage and packaging.

It can take 5-10 working days for postage to the UK.
